Returns
You have 90 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards and personalised items.

Shipping
Please note You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds
